Directions & Parking

 The Worcester Hibernian Cultural Centre and its Fiddlers' Green Pub & Restaurant is located at 19 Temple Street, Worcester (across from St. John's Church) and just off Green Street.

It is conveniently located seconds off Route 290 Exit 14 (Posner Square/Grafton St).  When exiting, follow ramp signs towards Route 122N which after a couple of turns becomes Temple Street.  The Centre is located at the end of Temple Street on the left.

(Route 290 can easily be reached from I-495 and the I-90 Mass Turnpike.

  Race Day Parking is available at the following locations

Union Station Parking Garage on Franklin Street ( rear of Union Station) has a special $1.oo rate for parking all day.  It is handy to both the race start and the CanalFest site.  It has room for 500 cars.

Green Street Public Lot across from Temple Street & the Cultural Centre
(will fill up by 10:00 A.M.)


Water Street Public Lot next to the Blackstone Tap
(5 minute walk to the Centre and easy to get to from Kelley Square)


Francis J. McGrath Municipal Public Parking Lot - 40 Salem Street
(walk across Francis J. McGrath Blvd and towards the arched railroad bridge)
-most parking here and best bet if getting in closer to race time, 1 minute walk to Centre.

There is street parking as available on Green Street, Water Street and surrounding streets
